Interior

Both houses have been architecturally designed to create contemporary homes with quality interiors. Aeson Property Holdings has retained Interior Architect Abigail Woods to specify the final interior finishes and furnishings which will ensure these houses are finished to a high standard.

Each home will be an outstanding individually designed home as provided for in our specification of finishes. If owners wish to tailor or alter fit outs and finishes to meet their own personal requirements this will be facilitated by Abigail Woods. Abigail will provide each owner with up to 5 hours of free consultation.

The value of interior finishes being offered is €50,000. For owners who wish to have a different or alternative finish that exceeds this sum can do so at their own expense

Floor Finishes:

• Tiling to Kitchen, Dining, Sunroom, Utility, Lobby, WC, Bathroom and En-suites.
• Timber flooring to Living Room, TV room, Hallway, Cloak room and study.
• Carpet finishes to all bedrooms, landing and robes

Kitchens: Whether you prefer contemporary and sophisticated or graceful and elegant, we have sourced a range of outstanding kitchen furniture including in-built appliances to cater for all tastes. Abigail can work with each of our home owners to design their individual kitchen.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:  Bedrooms and Bathrooms will be finished with deluxe fixtures and fittings. We have sourced high quality bedroom furniture to meet your expectations.

Bathrooms will feature sanitary ware from Duravit and Aqualla, suppliers of timeless elegance.
